National Team

13U–18U | 2 Practices/Week | 2-3 Travel Tournaments

National Teams are designed for athletes who are ready to compete at the highest level of club volleyball. Teams practice twice a week, participate in local tournaments plus 2–3 travel tournaments in the Lower 48, and have access to two volleyball-focused strength and conditioning classes each week.

Season

The season begins in December with limited practices over winter break and runs through the Regional Championship, typically held in late March or early April. Teams that earn a bid through the National Qualifier will continue training for the National Championships. Teams will have a scheduled break during April/May before returning to practice around Memorial Day. Season Cost: $3,625

USAV National Championship

Teams must earn a bid at the Regional Qualifier to advance to the National Championships. 18U typically competes at Nationals in April, while 14U–17U Nationals are held in June/July. The host location rotates each year.

What’s included

4–6 months of volleyball, two practices per week, two practice shirts, two coaches, three small-group private lessons, weekly Sunday Skills Clinics, and IVC-exclusive training twice a week with CrossFit Iron Refined. Local tournament entry fees, HUDL livestreaming and recordings, and Lululemon discounts are also included.

Travel

National Teams travel 2–3 times out of state to USAV and/or AAU tournaments. Travel expenses, including airfare, lodging, and meals, are the responsibility of the athlete and family. Athletes must have a parent, guardian, or designated adult chaperone accompany them for all out-of-state travel. Inspire Volleyball Club does not provide chaperones for athletes.

National Teams compete in 4-5 local tournaments through the Alaska Region. You can find more information in the link below.

College Recruiting

National Team athletes receive support throughout the college recruiting process. Inspire’s Recruiting Coordinator works one-on-one with athletes to help them navigate recruiting, build their recruiting portfolios, connect with college coaches, and prepare for communication with programs. Athletes are encouraged to take an active role in their recruiting journey while having support from our coaching staff along the way.

Tryouts

National Team tryouts are held twice each year, in July and again in November after the high school season ends. Athletes who make a National Team will commit to their team for the full competitive season. 2027 Season Fall Tryout registration is here! Check out the link below.
